Integrated Curriculum — holistic, sustainable, transformative education
Rationale: The Bachelor of Theology program at UMUZ aims to provide holistic theological education rooted in the values of ecumenism, justice, peace, environmental stewardship, and community transformation. It prepares reflective and transformative leaders in church and society to respond to contemporary challenges including climate change, poverty, conflict, and religious pluralism.
Aims:
Program Objectives: Graduates will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Christian theology, analyze faith within historical/ecological realities, engage in ecumenical dialogue, address environmental challenges, apply leadership/entrepreneurial skills, and model ethical community leadership.
Rationale: The School of Agriculture and Natural Resources focuses on producing agricultural management, development professionals, and entrepreneurs. Trains professionals in sustainable agricultural production, food security, and natural resource management, preparing careers in agribusiness, forestry, wildlife conservation, and environmental science.
